January 23, 2017

Atrium is pleased to announce it is partnering with West Chester University to provide a next generation campus card solution.

West Chester University of Pennsylvania (WCUPA) is a public university located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, west of Philadelphia. It is one of the 14 state universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).

The West Chester Atrium solution comprises over 19,000 cardholders and ten best-in-breed systems, including eighteen (18) new lanes of Vivonet (point of sale), Picture Perfect (access control), Valid ID (web-based card production), USATech and MEI (vending), PeopleSoft (student information system), PaperCut (print/copy), Tapingo (online food ordering and delivery), Castles (merchant readers, both on and off campus), MBS (bookstore), and JSA StudentLink (online account management).

Tammy Johnson, President & CEO of Atrium, said of the partnership, “We are excited to work with West Chester University to provide their next generation campus card solution. West Chester has a vibrant and well managed card program. They recognized Atrium as a modern, non-proprietary, cloud hosted campus card solution that will allow them to both reduce costs and improve cardholder services by replacing their legacy card system.”

Tammy continues, “West Chester also valued that with Atrium they could select the transactional endpoints that best met their needs.  We helped them evaluate point of sale (POS) options which led to Atrium providing a new cloud-based Vivonet POS.”
