February 17, 2017

Atrium is pleased to announce it is partnering with Creighton University to provide a next generation campus card solution.

Creighton University is a private, coeducational, Jesuit, Roman Catholic university in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Founded by the Society of Jesus in 1878, the school is one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. Creighton’s nine schools and colleges deliver powerful education that connects arts and sciences, law and business with health science programs in dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, occupational and physical therapy, public health and emergency medical services.

The Creighton Atrium solution comprises over 10,000 cardholders and nine best-in-breed systems, including forty-one (41) new lanes of Vivonet (point of sale), EPI Suite (card production), USATech and MEI (vending), Banner (student information system), Pharos (print/copy), Castles (merchant readers, both on and off campus), Follett (bookstore), ITC Laundry Master (laundry) and JSA StudentLink (online account management).

Tammy Johnson, President & CEO of Atrium, said of the partnership, “Creighton wanted a modern, non-proprietary, cloud hosted campus card solution that would allow them to both reduce costs and improve cardholder services as compared to their legacy card system. We are excited to work with them to provide their next generation campus card solution.”

Tammy continues, “Creighton also valued that with Atrium, they could select the transactional endpoints that best met their needs.  We helped them evaluate point of sale (POS) options which led to Atrium providing a new cloud-based Vivonet POS.”
